ABOUT
Denise is a certified yoga teacher, having received her RYFT-200 from Northwest Yoga Academy. She fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago and has practiced at many studios and gyms throughout the south. Shortly after moving from Nashville to Madison she began practicing faith-based yoga. The practice benefitted her physically, mentally and spiritually and eventually led to a desire to minister to others as a yoga instructor.
Denise and her husband, Barry, own a home in the historic district of Madison. They are the parents of three grown children and three adorable grandchildren. Denise is the Director of Children's Ministries at Eastridge church in Covington. She is also a certified family herbalist and enjoys helping others balance and revitalize their bodies. Her hobbies include reading, decorating her historic home and being with her grandchildren.

Melissa is a wife to Brian and mom to three boys, ages 13, 10 and 7. She is a former school counselor and currently teaches music and yoga at Madison Presbyterian Preschool. Melissa is a member of First United Methodist Church and enjoys voulunteering at the local schools and with the Morgan County Young Life Committee among other organizations.
